Anthropic just shipped Claude for Small Business — a package that drops Claude directly into tools like QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. Toggle it on, connect your tools, and Claude starts handling the after-hours work that piles up.
Until now, most small business owners who tried AI hit a wall after the chat window. The tools were not built for how a 10-person bakery or independent law firm actually operates.
The key word is toggle install — you do not need to build anything or hire a developer. Turn it on inside Claude Cowork, connect the apps you already use, and Claude gains the ability to act inside those apps: plan payroll in QuickBooks, chase invoices via PayPal, run campaigns in HubSpot, draft documents through DocuSign.
